I didn’t receive a return label and reached out for assistance, but got no response from your side. Last year, I placed quite a few orders, around 2500 EUR, and thought I’d get some help with a label for just one item. So now, I’m shopping elsewhere.

These jeans are fantastic in quality and fit, I'm really into this brand!!

These clothes are lovely and well-crafted, plus the service was excellent with quick delivery. I really liked the flare jeans from my latest purchase, but I had to send them back since they were a bit snug in my regular size (29). Fingers crossed I can snag the next size up.

This jacket is absolutely fantastic and just what I needed. It's even better when you see it up close. Plus, the delivery was super fast and the packaging was top-notch!!

The quality of the clothes is fantastic - I picked up a nice padded coat, some jeans, and a blouse. All of 'em are top-notch. Just a tip for next time - I should've paid for delivery since I didn't this time, and it took a bit longer, but that was on me.

The boots I got showed up super fast, and the fit and quality were spot on. The image matches the actual product, and I’m really pleased. It’d be awesome if they offered account ordering, but honestly, my experiences with Mos Mosh have been nothing but positive.

I placed an order that was marked as delivered last Tuesday. The problem is, it never actually arrived at my place, nor did I sign for it; it went to someone else who obviously kept it. I was home at the time, and all my details were correct, but no GLS van showed up at my door. Now it's Friday, and all I've got is a fake signature as proof - and I’m out €200. I have no clue where my item ended up. The courier is GLS, so I’d advise being cautious when ordering from Mos Mosh to Ireland, as this delivery service is clearly unreliable. I just hope I can at least get my money back, but sadly, I won’t be getting my lovely blazer.

The fit and quality of this brand are just amazing. The fabric in my pants and shirt is gorgeous, giving off a really classy vibe. I'll definitely be back for more soon. Thanks a bunch!

Great item with speedy shipping! The fit is pretty large, so you might wanna get a size down from what you usually wear.

I really dig your apparel; I've always bought it from a local shop. This was my first time ordering online from Mos Mosh. I chose not to keep the item and began the return process. The box was super practical, and it came with a sticker for the return address. So far, it’s been a pretty good experience. But I had to drop the box off at a DPD location, and I had no idea where to find one. It would be awesome if you could add a list of nearby return points in your process. When I got to the return spot, I didn’t receive any proof of return. At post.nl and other return shops, I always got a receipt. I’d suggest improving these two aspects, and my online shopping experience with Mos Mosh would have been fantastic.

I gotta say, what a fantastic shopping experience! I ordered a jacket and it arrived super quick in a beautiful box, complete with a lovely note from Mos Mosh. They really know how to make online shopping feel personal. I'm totally in love with my gorgeous new jacket! 😍

I'm really pleased with my nova waistcoat. The fit is spot on and the size guide is reliable. Delivery was quick and smooth. However, I've got a little concern about how the colors are shown online. In a past dress order, I thought I was getting a white background, but it ended up being quite cream, almost beige, which was a letdown. The same thing happened with this waistcoat; it leans more towards beige than the light off-white shown. I'm still satisfied with it, but I'll be more cautious about color selections next time.
